We guide and assist people of all ages in two aspects of estates.     One is preparing all the information needed in getting a Will done. The other is helping Executors through all the complexities of settling an Estate. We have trained Certified Executor Advisors who provide clear, structured support tailored to these two areas.

No we are not. We do not provide legal advice or prepare Wills.  We complement legal services by offering practical, real‑world guidance and support to Executors to assist them in navigating the complexities of estates. Our other service is in helping clients determine what they need to know and understand when preparing to make a Will.

Estate settlement has a typical range, but no fixed deadline. Most Canadian estates take 6 – 18 months to resolve, depending on the complexity of the estate. Some very complex estates can take 2 or more years. This is widely recognized across all provinces and territories.

Every estate is different. An uncomplicated estate usually takes 800 – 1200 hours of an Executor’s time to complete.  In real time this is equivalent to someone working an additional half time job for one year. A complex estate will take many more hours.
